Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Conenglish.dll
2.Extract Conenglish.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Conenglish.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Conenglish.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Conenglish.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Conenglish.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Conenglish.dll and press Enter.
