Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConmentTextPlugin.dll
2.Extract ConmentTextPlugin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConmentTextPlugin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConmentTextPlugin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConmentTextPlugin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConmentTextPlugin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConmentTextPlugin.dll and press Enter.
