Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConvertDVDAPI.dll
2.Extract ConvertDVDAPI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConvertDVDAPI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConvertDVDAPI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConvertDVDAPI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConvertDVDAPI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConvertDVDAPI.dll and press Enter.
