Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtlEx.DLL
2.Extract CtlEx.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtlEx.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtlEx.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtlEx.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtlEx.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtlEx.DLL and press Enter.
