Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtsPlugInMediaFrameChs.dll
2.Extract CtsPlugInMediaFrameChs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtsPlugInMediaFrameChs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtsPlugInMediaFrameChs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtsPlugInMediaFrameChs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtsPlugInMediaFrameChs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtsPlugInMediaFrameChs.dll and press Enter.
