Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cflg61.dll
2.Extract cflg61.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cflg61.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cflg61.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cflg61.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cflg61.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cflg61.dll and press Enter.
