Using the zip or rar file
1.Download clrutil.dll
2.Extract clrutil.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract clrutil.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting clrutil.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract clrutil.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place clrutil.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 clrutil.dll and press Enter.
