Using the zip or rar file
1.Download coti042.dll
2.Extract coti042.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract coti042.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting coti042.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract coti042.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place coti042.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 coti042.dll and press Enter.
