Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATEntBase.dll
2.Extract CATEntBase.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATEntBase.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATEntBase.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATEntBase.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATEntBase.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATEntBase.dll and press Enter.
