Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CFG2SCCP.dll
2.Extract CFG2SCCP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CFG2SCCP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CFG2SCCP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CFG2SCCP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CFG2SCCP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CFG2SCCP.dll and press Enter.
