Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CHTGPKICDLL.dll
2.Extract CHTGPKICDLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CHTGPKICDLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CHTGPKICDLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CHTGPKICDLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CHTGPKICDLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CHTGPKICDLL.dll and press Enter.
