Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CInCLang.dll
2.Extract CInCLang.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CInCLang.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CInCLang.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CInCLang.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CInCLang.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CInCLang.dll and press Enter.
