Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNB9100I.DLL 0.3.1536.0
2.Extract CNB9100I.DLL 0.3.1536.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNB9100I.DLL 0.3.1536.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNB9100I.DLL 0.3.1536.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNB9100I.DLL 0.3.1536.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNB9100I.DLL 0.3.1536.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNB9100I.DLL 0.3.1536.0 and press Enter.
