Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNBS700J.DLL
2.Extract CNBS700J.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNBS700J.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNBS700J.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNBS700J.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNBS700J.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNBS700J.DLL and press Enter.
