Using the zip or rar file
1.Download COPR31S.dll
2.Extract COPR31S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract COPR31S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting COPR31S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract COPR31S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place COPR31S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 COPR31S.dll and press Enter.
