Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CertKeyManager.dll
2.Extract CertKeyManager.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CertKeyManager.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CertKeyManager.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CertKeyManager.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CertKeyManager.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CertKeyManager.dll and press Enter.
