Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Chart10Chs.dll
2.Extract Chart10Chs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Chart10Chs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Chart10Chs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Chart10Chs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Chart10Chs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Chart10Chs.dll and press Enter.
