Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ClpPm2kU.dll
2.Extract ClpPm2kU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ClpPm2kU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ClpPm2kU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ClpPm2kU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ClpPm2kU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ClpPm2kU.dll and press Enter.
