Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ContentTransferWizardITA.dll
2.Extract ContentTransferWizardITA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ContentTransferWizardITA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ContentTransferWizardITA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ContentTransferWizardITA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ContentTransferWizardITA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ContentTransferWizardITA.dll and press Enter.
