Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtCrypto.dll
2.Extract CtCrypto.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtCrypto.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtCrypto.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtCrypto.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtCrypto.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtCrypto.dll and press Enter.
