Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtsPlugInNRCSIta.dll
2.Extract CtsPlugInNRCSIta.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtsPlugInNRCSIta.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtsPlugInNRCSIta.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtsPlugInNRCSIta.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtsPlugInNRCSIta.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtsPlugInNRCSIta.dll and press Enter.
