Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CvEDif70LL8.dll
2.Extract CvEDif70LL8.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CvEDif70LL8.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CvEDif70LL8.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CvEDif70LL8.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CvEDif70LL8.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CvEDif70LL8.dll and press Enter.
