Using the zip or rar file
1.Download catsketcheruseitf.dll
2.Extract catsketcheruseitf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract catsketcheruseitf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting catsketcheruseitf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract catsketcheruseitf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place catsketcheruseitf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 catsketcheruseitf.dll and press Enter.
