Using the zip or rar file
1.Download commagent.dll
2.Extract commagent.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract commagent.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting commagent.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract commagent.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place commagent.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 commagent.dll and press Enter.
