Using the zip or rar file
1.Download coti063.dll
2.Extract coti063.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract coti063.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting coti063.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract coti063.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place coti063.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 coti063.dll and press Enter.
