Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cpinfhlp.dll
2.Extract cpinfhlp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cpinfhlp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cpinfhlp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cpinfhlp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cpinfhlp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cpinfhlp.dll and press Enter.
