Using the zip or rar file
1.Download csosg312u.dll
2.Extract csosg312u.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract csosg312u.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting csosg312u.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract csosg312u.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place csosg312u.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 csosg312u.dll and press Enter.
