Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATCloValidation.dll 5.20.1.10015
2.Extract CATCloValidation.dll 5.20.1.10015 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATCloValidation.dll 5.20.1.10015 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATCloValidation.dll 5.20.1.10015.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATCloValidation.dll 5.20.1.10015 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATCloValidation.dll 5.20.1.10015 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATCloValidation.dll 5.20.1.10015 and press Enter.
