Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATObjectModelerBase.dll 6.210.1.10330
2.Extract CATObjectModelerBase.dll 6.210.1.10330 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATObjectModelerBase.dll 6.210.1.10330 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATObjectModelerBase.dll 6.210.1.10330.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATObjectModelerBase.dll 6.210.1.10330 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATObjectModelerBase.dll 6.210.1.10330 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
