Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CBDataSet.dll 2008,11,27,118
2.Extract CBDataSet.dll 2008,11,27,118 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CBDataSet.dll 2008,11,27,118 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CBDataSet.dll 2008,11,27,118.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CBDataSet.dll 2008,11,27,118 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CBDataSet.dll 2008,11,27,118 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
