Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CBSCONCLUDEMATERIEL.dll
2.Extract CBSCONCLUDEMATERIEL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CBSCONCLUDEMATERIEL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CBSCONCLUDEMATERIEL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CBSCONCLUDEMATERIEL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CBSCONCLUDEMATERIEL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CBSCONCLUDEMATERIEL.dll and press Enter.
