Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CBTZ.dll wei
2.Extract CBTZ.dll wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract CBTZ.dll wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CBTZ.dll wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CBTZ.dll wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CBTZ.dll wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CBTZ.dll wei and press Enter.
