Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNCF2Uc.dll
2.Extract CNCF2Uc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNCF2Uc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNCF2Uc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNCF2Uc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNCF2Uc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNCF2Uc.dll and press Enter.
