Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSpotter_SDK.dll
2.Extract CSpotter_SDK.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSpotter_SDK.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSpotter_SDK.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSpotter_SDK.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSpotter_SDK.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSpotter_SDK.dll and press Enter.
