Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CacheSrvAdmin.dll 14.0.2.364
2.Extract CacheSrvAdmin.dll 14.0.2.364 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CacheSrvAdmin.dll 14.0.2.364 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CacheSrvAdmin.dll 14.0.2.364.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CacheSrvAdmin.dll 14.0.2.364 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CacheSrvAdmin.dll 14.0.2.364 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CacheSrvAdmin.dll 14.0.2.364 and press Enter.
