Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CadastralUI.dll 10.0.3.3600
2.Extract CadastralUI.dll 10.0.3.3600 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CadastralUI.dll 10.0.3.3600 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CadastralUI.dll 10.0.3.3600.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CadastralUI.dll 10.0.3.3600 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CadastralUI.dll 10.0.3.3600 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CadastralUI.dll 10.0.3.3600 and press Enter.
