Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CbIPQuery.dll
2.Extract CbIPQuery.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CbIPQuery.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CbIPQuery.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CbIPQuery.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CbIPQuery.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CbIPQuery.dll and press Enter.
