Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Controls.CutPager.dll
2.Extract Controls.CutPager.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Controls.CutPager.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Controls.CutPager.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Controls.CutPager.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Controls.CutPager.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Controls.CutPager.dll and press Enter.
