Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CrlComponent.dll 15.2.0.686
2.Extract CrlComponent.dll 15.2.0.686 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CrlComponent.dll 15.2.0.686 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CrlComponent.dll 15.2.0.686.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CrlComponent.dll 15.2.0.686 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CrlComponent.dll 15.2.0.686 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CrlComponent.dll 15.2.0.686 and press Enter.
