Using the zip or rar file
1.Download caspol.resources.CHS.dll
2.Extract caspol.resources.CHS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract caspol.resources.CHS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting caspol.resources.CHS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract caspol.resources.CHS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place caspol.resources.CHS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 caspol.resources.CHS.dll and press Enter.
