Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cbAPI500wan.dll
2.Extract cbAPI500wan.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cbAPI500wan.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cbAPI500wan.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cbAPI500wan.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cbAPI500wan.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cbAPI500wan.dll and press Enter.
