Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cbdll.dll
2.Extract cbdll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cbdll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cbdll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cbdll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cbdll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cbdll.dll and press Enter.
