Using the zip or rar file
1.Download crmsss24r.dll
2.Extract crmsss24r.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract crmsss24r.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting crmsss24r.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract crmsss24r.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place crmsss24r.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 crmsss24r.dll and press Enter.
