Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cutil64D.dll
2.Extract cutil64D.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cutil64D.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cutil64D.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cutil64D.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cutil64D.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cutil64D.dll and press Enter.
