Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cyga3nlc.dll
2.Extract cyga3nlc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cyga3nlc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cyga3nlc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cyga3nlc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cyga3nlc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cyga3nlc.dll and press Enter.
