Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NAVAP32.DLL 9.0.1.360
2.Extract NAVAP32.DLL 9.0.1.360 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NAVAP32.DLL 9.0.1.360 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NAVAP32.DLL 9.0.1.360.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NAVAP32.DLL 9.0.1.360 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NAVAP32.DLL 9.0.1.360 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NAVAP32.DLL 9.0.1.360 and press Enter.
