Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nscl.vxd wei
2.Extract nscl.vxd wei from .zip. We recommend that you extract nscl.vxd wei to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nscl.vxd wei.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nscl.vxd wei to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nscl.vxd wei in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nscl.vxd wei and press Enter.
