Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nlsxrfc.dll 2.0b3
2.Extract nlsxrfc.dll 2.0b3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract nlsxrfc.dll 2.0b3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nlsxrfc.dll 2.0b3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nlsxrfc.dll 2.0b3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nlsxrfc.dll 2.0b3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nlsxrfc.dll 2.0b3 and press Enter.
