Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NISEMAIL.DLL 7.0.0.177
2.Extract NISEMAIL.DLL 7.0.0.177 from .zip. We recommend that you extract NISEMAIL.DLL 7.0.0.177 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NISEMAIL.DLL 7.0.0.177.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NISEMAIL.DLL 7.0.0.177 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NISEMAIL.DLL 7.0.0.177 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NISEMAIL.DLL 7.0.0.177 and press Enter.
