Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NLS.DLL
2.Extract NLS.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract NLS.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NLS.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NLS.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NLS.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NLS.DLL and press Enter.
